Cancellation Policy:  Please honor the commitment of our staff to serve you by notifying us a minimum of 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Need a massage just to relax? Our Swedish massage is designed to help you relax and unwind. It is not intended for pain or injury treatment, and uses light, gentle massage movements to enhance relaxation. This massage is performed by both our Massage Technician Inters and Licensed Therapists.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

SPORTS MASSAGE/INJURY REHABILITATION
This massage works trigger points and can include specific stretches to help with recovery or to prepare the muscles for exertion. For enhanced effects, our therapist can anoint sore, fatigued muscles with anti-inflammatory oils, designed to soothe and heal. This choice is excellent for both the professional and weekend athlete. The weekend gardener or anyone else who occasionally overexerts will love this treatment!

DRY BRUSH/RAINBOW TREATMENT
This treatment can be done separatley or together to detoxify and elevate your energy levels bringing a state of health back to the body. The dry brush is similar to manual lymph drainage, but is a gentle whole body treatment done with a natural bristle brush, flushing the lymph system in a systematic but relaxing way. The rainbow treatment is a series of essential oils dropped on the spine and various parts of the body to bring structural and energetic alignment back to the body to help achieve a state of balance.
